About us

A quality reliable building company you can trust, Concept (Yorkshire) Ltd are a local building company based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, established as a limited company in January 2012. We bring many years experience in the building and construction industry to any project.

We work in both the domestic and commercial market and specialise in new builds, extensions, conversions, renovations and maintenance. Our work takes us throughout the Yorkshire area and we can take any project from the design stage right through to completion, on time, on budget.

We will supply you with a detailed quotation for your project, broken down into the different elements of the work to be done, giving you a clear understanding of what we have priced for and what each part costs.
As well as having high quality tradespeople and professional management of your project, we believe that having good communication is key to a successful outcome.

We are an office based company, we have open communication between ourselves and you the client, with regular updates and conversation about what is happening now and what is happening next, and when. You will have direct contact with all the key people involved in your project via either the office, email, phone or on site in person.
